Kaitlyn N. DeCarlo
About
Kaitlyn recently joined Laubacher & Company after working as a clerk in another local family law firm, where she gained experience assisting with complex litigation surrounding both domestic and international family law issues. Kaitlyn is passionate about working amicably and efficiently to find the best possible resolution for her clients. She excels in listening to her clients’ needs and guiding them through the emotional process of their domestic relations matters.
While in law school, Kaitlyn worked as an extern at the Cuyahoga County Juvenile Court, spending most of her time in the Mediation Department and the Resource Center. During this time, Kaitlyn learned how to navigate the inner workings of the judicial system.
Kaitlyn attended the Ohio State University, where she earned her undergraduate degree in Sociology and Criminology. Following graduation, she enrolled in the Case Western Reserve University School of Law as a Francis Lieber National Security Law Scholar, and eventually earned her J.D. in 2019. In her free time, she enjoys exploring the greater Cleveland area with her friends, family, and her dog, Luke.
